About Me.

Joshua has been playing music since he was 4 playing the violin in school orchestra and singing in the school choir in primary school

At 15 Joshua wrote his first song that “sounded like a song”

He then performed this at a school talent show going very far as he performed alone for the first time

Which he wrote with the equipment my dad had used when he was making music

People liked it and my then music teachers encouraged him to pursue his music and songwriting

After a few dodgy attempts writing songs he eventually wrote a song for his GCSE , where he received help from his teachers to produce for his exam he started to fall in love with this creative process.

Joshua performed for the first time with a guitar as a last minute change to a performance he was originally supposed to do as a duet and won over the crowd despite only playing guitar once before this

After his GCSE’s he went to college to study Music Production alongside Media studies and Performing Arts.

Covid hit and Josh found himself engrossed in songwriting eventually leading to the birth of his first album “The Street Where We Live” Which he recorded by himself at 16 in his dads studio.

One of his teachers recognised the potential in his music and asked if he could choreograph a dance and perform Joshua's song “Lonely Throne” with his dance group. This lead to Joshua Performing his original song with a full dance group dancing as he played

He felt as though this was the start of something and he had a lot more to offer.

After finishing college ,alongside working, Joshua continued to write music and began to perform regularly at open mics.

After a year Josh began to study music further at university and began to gig and 2023 became one of the best years in music of his life, releasing 2 projects; Inline (single) and Stuck In My Room (EP) with the title track of his EP appearing on the local radio. Now he is fully committed to expanding his career.
